Norac® EL-11

It is an ester. It functions as an intermediate lubricant for rigid and semi rigid PVC products. It shows flow improvment and release properties along with the internal / external functionality. It appears as off white powder or beads. It has a max acid value of 4 with the melting temperature ranges from 52°C to 62°C. It is applicable in injection molding, extruded and calendared sheets, RPVC profiles and foam sheets. Recommended used level is 0.5 – 1.5 phr.
