Expancel® 461 WE 40 d36

Expancel® 461 WE 40 d36 by Nouryon is a weight-reducing, cost-saving, light-weight filler. Used in seats and plastic interiors for automotive, modelling clay, genuine leather and crack fillers. It enhances the self-cleaning properties. It allows higher pigment volume concentration with less binder requirements due to its tiny spherical particle size and also reduces shrinkage. The high solar reflectance of Expancel® 461 WE 40 d36 microspheres helps to decrease roof temperatures of the building by 15°C, lessening the need for air conditioners.
