Perkadox® ACCN

Perkadox® ACCN by Nouryon is an initiator for the solution (co)polymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, acrylates and methacrylates in the temperature range of 60-105°C. It does not form oxygenated residues and does not cause oxidative degradation of pigmented or dyed systems. Excessive grafting may occur in acrylic polymers for coatings manufacture when organic peroxides are used as initiators. The excessive grafting can be avoided by the use of azo initiators. The shelf life of Perkadox® ACCN is 3 months.
