HSP Distance with X-803-0000 Acetoacetoxyethyl Methacrylate: 3.5
1,1-Di(tert-amylperoxy)cyclohexane. Used as a initiator for curing unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. Provides very good catalyzed shelf-life in BMC and SMC formulations. Being thermally unstable substance, it may undergo self-accelerating decomposition. Can be used in acrylates, acrylic resins, bulk molding compound (BMC), continuous laminating, engineering plastics, fiberglass reinforced plastics, GPPS, hot press molding (HPM), low pressure molding compound (LPMC), sheet molding compound (SMC), solvent borne acrylics, styrenic (co)polymers and thick molding compound (TMC).
