TUBALL™ MATRIX 204

TUBALL™ MATRIX 204 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on graphene nanotubes. It is specifically designed for solvent-free and solvent-based polyester & vinyl ester as well as solvent-based melamine & acrylic systems. It has blend of triethylene glycol dimethacrylate and ammonium salt of polyolefin-based derivatives as carrier.
  • It ensures permanent and uniform electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage without hot spots.
  • It exhibits minimal impact on the rheological & mechanical properties of the host matrix, without a significant increase in viscosity or density.
  • It allows production of conductive parts such as gelcoats that retain bright colors.
  • It is applicable for anti-static SMC/BMC composites, anti-static fuel tanks & pipes, electrostatic discharge materials applied by coil coatings, and other applications where electrical conductivity is required.
  • The recommended dosage level for anti-static or dissipative applications is as low as 0.1–4.0 wt.% calculated based on non-volatile matter.
  • The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 204 is up to 24 months.
