TUBALL™ MATRIX 602

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by OCSiAl
TUBALL™ MATRIX 602 by OCSiAl is an easy-to-handle masterbatch concentrate based on graphene nanotubes. It has vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane as a carrier. It maintains the rheological properties of the uncured compound and minimally increases the density.
  • It exhibits superior, permanent & uniform electrical conductivity at low dosages, without hot spots.
  • It enables the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors.
  • The low dosage offers reduced electrical resistivity of the material with minimal impact on the host matrix, including retaining and improving mechanical properties such as softness.
  • It is suitable for processing with standard and mixing equipment.
  • TUBALL™ MATRIX 602 is designed for silicone products such as liquid silicone rubbers (LSR), room temperature vulcanized rubbers (RTV) and high consistency rubbers (HCR).
  • It can be used to adjust volume resistivity within the range 102 –108 ohm-cm in the final compound.
  • It enables ultra-low dosage of conductive filler from 0.03 wt.% for anti-static, static dissipative and conductive applications.
  • It has a shelf life of up to 24 months.
