TUBALL™ MATRIX 605

TUBALL™ MATRIX 605 by OCSiAl is a masterbatch based on single wall carbon nanotubes in silicone and siloxane as carrier for silicone applications. It is specifically designed to provide superior electrical conductivity to silicone compounds (HCR – high consistency rubber). TUBALL™ MATRIX 605 enables electrical conductivity of the material with minimal impact on the host matrix, including retaining and even improving mechanical properties, minimally increasing density, and limiting the influence on the rheological properties, softness and color. The loading level for anti-static, conductive or dissipative applications starts at 0.03wt.%. The shelf life of the product is up to 12 months.
