Chemigum® P615-D

Chemigum® P615-D by Omnova Solutions (Synthomer) is a medium viscosity and linear copolymer of butadiene-acrylonitrile, partitioned with calcium carbonate. Used for highly filled PVC compounds and for injection molding of both thin and thick sections. Enhances elasticity and resistance to abrasion-loss, flex fatigue, oil, fuels, animal fat and other organic and inorganic chemicals. Chemigum® P615-D can be used as secondary binder to modify friction materials in combination with phenolic resins in semi-wet and wet (solvent-based) processes.
