Omyafiber® MB165-CBN

Omyafiber® MB165-CBN by Omya is a new innovative masterbatch solution, containing a tailor-made calcium carbonate of high purity and with a unique surface treatment. It is specifically designed for PLA nonwovens. It contains sustainable and renewable raw material and provides substantial cost savings. It offers improved mechanical properties, natural cotton like haptics and softness. Omyafiber® MB165-CBN provides high whiteness & opacity, improved stability in PLA spinnability and proven processability on industrial nonwoven line. This grade is food contact approved and provides no skin irritation and sensitization.
