Omyafilm® 707

Omyafilm® 707 by Omya is a finely ground, specially surface-coated, high purity calcium carbonate for high performance packaging. It has controlled particle size distribution.

The high-quality grinding- and treatment technologies provides superior dispersion of Omyafilm® 707 within the polymer matrix.
It shows an increase in stress cracking resistance.
It allows reduction of overall cycle time in the blow molding production process as the cooling time is reduced.
It exhibits dimensional stability with reduced wall thickness and drop impact resistance.
It is recommended for polyolefin applications.
The dosage level of the grade for final HDPE blow-molded articles is 5 to 30%.
