Unifoam AZ BS-1000

Azodicarbonamide. Acts as an ultra low temperature decomposition type foaming agent. Energy saving, improvement of manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction is possible by low-temperature foaming, high-speed foaming. As foaming agents for rubber instead of DPT, it enables fine cell foaming. Can also be used with epoxy resin and other thermosetting resins that were previously difficult to foam with azodicarbonamide. Used for applications like past PVC wallpaper, past PVC packing material, rubber foaming, NBR thermal insulation pipe, CR sponge EPDM foam molding, silicone rubber sponge, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester, resin foam molding.
