Einar® 207

Einar® 207 by Palsgaard is an excellent vegetable-based & sustainable general purpose anti-static agent. It is designed for a broad range of PP injection molding applications. It offers clean, dust-free and an attractive appearance of packaging, appliances and other household products.

• The recommended loading level for homopolymer PP is 0.3-0.5% and for random copolymer is 0.1-0.3%.
• It will provide the necessary mold release and de-nesting properties when incorporated in both random copolymer and homopolymer PP at the recommended levels for good antistatic performance.
• It also allows easy separation of stacked parts.
• The recommended loading levels for homopolymers is 0.2-0.4%, for random copolymers 0.1-0.2%, and for impact copolymers 0.3-0.5%.
• The high consistent quality guarantees reliable and dependable performance when PE and PP foam is conditioned after manufacture for release of excessive blowing agent.
• When foams are created with physical blowing agents, a typical loading amount range from 0.4 to 1.5%.
• The loading level in combination with chemical blowing agents is typically 0.2-0.5%.
• It provides good lubrication properties for a range of different extrusion applications and is primarily an internal lubricant.
• The typical loading level is 0.3-1.0%.
• It is also a very good mold release for many PVC injection molding applications and is typically used at loading levels of 0.3-0.6%.

• It has a shelf life of 24 months.
