Ultra-Flex™ AS is a synthetic ester. Used as an anti-static plasticizer designed to reduce the surface resistivity of rubber compounds. The application is predominantly in mineral filled systems where. Depending on formulation, surface resistivity of 1 x 105 Ohm can be achieved. Recommended dosage is 5–20 phr. Ultra-Flex™ AS has a shelf life of one year.
