Polyterpene resin. Acts as a tackifier. It is a pale, neutral, low molecular weight, thermoplastic resin. Produced from d-limonene, a natural terpene of citrus origin. It is characterized by its light color resistance to aging, high thermal stability and excellent balance of adhesive and cohesive properties. Offers inertness to acids, alkalies, and salt. Possesses heat & UV light stability. Possesses wide compatibility and solubility. Used in rubber compounding.
