D.I.N.P ( Di Isononyl Phthalate )

Diisononyl phthalate. Acts as a plasticizer. This ester is produced from the reaction of phthalic anhydride with isononyl alcohol. It causes all the polymeric materials including PVC to soften swiftly. It does not cause chemical changes at polymers but provides required physical and mechanical changes. It extends the life of plastics by resisting the heat. Exhibits electrical resistance. Recommended for low viscosity PVC paste, artificial soles and calenderization applications.
