Accicure® HBS by PMC Group is a cyclohexyl benzthiazyl sulphenamide. Acts as an accelerator. Produces vulcanizates of excellent quality whose mechanical properties and ageing characteristics resemble those of boosted thiazole systems. Imparts high level of tensile strength and modulus in rubber as compared to other sulphenamide. Is a popular accelerator for inner tubes. Accicure® HBS is suitable for mixes containing high loading of reinforcing carbon black.
