FR -B2-B

Flame retardant masterbatch containing 74% flame retardant additives based on LLDPE carrier. This additive is composed of brominated, non-diphenyl, additive and antimony trioxide. FR - B2 - B is designed for polyolefin films applications, thickness 100-200 µ when compliance with DIN 4102 is required. This product is especially recommended in the case of extrusion with mass temperature higher than 210° C. The thermal stability of this product is very good. Typical addition level of 10 - 20% is recommended for PE film to comply with DIN 4102 - B1 requirements. For DIN 4102-B2, addition of 4 - 8% is sufficient.
