MPM Chopped Strand Mat

Used in thermoset resins of boat hulls, decks and super structures; panels for construction and freight trailers; swimming pools; corrosion-resistant tanks, ducts, and pipe; barge covers, truck components, shrouds and many other parts. Proprietary silane-based finishes are applied to the surface of each fiber to enable processing of the reinforcements, including wet-through and wet-out with minimum roll-out, and provide the laminate properties required in polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins.
