Preniphor™ EPFR-APP231

High polymerization degree ammonium crystal type II ammonium polyphosphate treated with melamine. Acts as halogen free flame retardant. Offers very good thermal stability, near neutral and non-toxic smoke property. With gas source and carbon source, it takes effect by char formation as well as intumescent mechanism. Has high initial decomposition temperature, narrow molecular weight distribution, low viscosity and good dispersity. Also has low water solubility, good anti-migration and anti-precipitation. Used in rubbers and plastics.
