Optical brightener OB-1 (FBA 393)

4,4'-Bis(2-benzoxazolyl)stilbene. Acts as an optical brightening agent. It is insoluble in water but soluble in high boiling point organic solvent such as phenyl chloride. Compatible with polyester.
