SAFOAM® PN-40E

SAFOAM® PN-40E by Reedy Chemical Foam acts as a foaming agent and a nucleating agent. It creates uniform cellular structures to reduce weight, cycle time and improve machine efficiency. It is suitable for PP/TPO automotive injection molding, multi-layer gas pipe and low density extrusion to create greater closed-cell content to improve surface quality and reduce VOC emissions. SAFOAM® PN-40E is non-toxic and generally recognized as food safe by the FDA.
