SAFOAM® RPC-20AS

It acts as an endothermic (heat absorbing) chemical nucleating and foaming agent. Contains special stabilizers to help prevent discoloration that may stem from phosphate ester flame retardants. It is commonly used in injection molding for the elimination of sink marks, reduction of part warpage, and for weight reduction and faster cycle time. Used with moisture-sensitive engineering resins for long-term durability. Recommended for nylon, PET, PC, PBT and PPS. It complies with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) 21 C.F.R. Part 110.
