Reinste 501A

Reinste 501A by Reinste Nano Ventures is a nano precipitated calcium carbonate (NPCC). Acts as a functional filler. It is made by membrane dispersion precipitation method. Each particle is surface coated with modifier such as fatty acid, organic coupling agents to improve dispersion and compatibility with polymeric matrix. It promotes breaking elongation. Improves impact strength, tensile- and binding strength as well as distortion temperature. Compatible with PE, PP and PVC. Suitable for compounding and extrusion. Reinste 501A is recommended for extruded weatherable profiles, conduits and pipes. Dosage rates lie within 5-15% of end product weight for PVC and 5-25% of end product weight for PE and PP.
