Rhenodiv® BO-7672-1

Rhenodiv® BO-7672-1 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a liquid batch-off release agent. It is a combination of salts of fatty acids and calcium stearate. It forms a thin film on the surface of the rubber compounds. It prevents the sticking of sheets, semi-finished articles and water stains in steam cures. It offers curing open cured profiles. It shows no influence on the physical properties or in the aging behavior of the vulcanizates. It is suitable for the compounding and extruding process. Recommended dosage level of Rhenodiv® BO-7672-1 is 4-10%. It has a shelf life of 15 months.
