Rhenodiv® BO-7672-2

Rhenodiv® BO-7672-2 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent which prevents the sticking together of raw rubber or uncured rubber compounds, blanks and profiles. It is an aqueous solution of a blend of fatty acid salts with water-soluble high molecular substances. It exhibits no influence on the physical properties nor in the aging behavior of the vulcanizates. It provides the curing of open cured profiles. It forms a thin release agent film on the surface of the rubber compounds. It prevents the sticking of sheets, semi-finished articles and water stains in steam cures. It finds application in the mixing department. Recommended dosage level of Rhenodiv® BO-7672-2 is 5-10%. It has a shelf life of 15 months.
