Rhenodiv® BO-F

Rhenodiv® BO-F by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent that prevents the sticking together of raw rubber and uncured rubber compounds, blanks and profiles. It is a surface-active substance in combination with polyvalent alcohols in a concentrated aqueous solution. It exhibits no adverse effect on the processability of the uncured compound or the finished article. It forms a thin, stable film on the surface of the rubber compounds which can effectively prevent the sticking while it is still in a moist condition. Rhenodiv® BO-F is suitable for the mixing department. Recommended dosage level is 5-15%. It has a shelf life of 1.5 years.
