Rhenogran® IS 60-75

Rhenogran® IS 60-75 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a non-staining anti-oxidant for natural- and synthetic rubber. It is a blend of 80% 2,2'-methylene-bis-(4-methyl- 6-tert-butyl phenol), 20% elastomer binder and dispersing agent. It protects rubber articles from oxygen, heat, and unoriented crack formation (crazing). It allows quick absorption and excellent dispersion in rubber compounds. Rhenogran® IS 60-75 is suitable for light-colored, white and transparent rubber articles, which must not cause contact staining. Recommended dosage level is 1.0-4.5 phr and for rubber articles that come in contact with foodstuffs is a maximum 1.25% (calculated on the finished article).
