Rhenogran® NAST-50/ACM

Rhenogran® NAST-50/ACM by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a cross-linking activator for acrylate rubber (ACM). It is used together with Rhenogran® Diuron-80 and quaternary ammonium salts as cross-linking systems for modern polyacrylate types of rubber. The Diuron/alkali soap system produces cured materials with good mechanical-physical properties and permanent compression sets. It is also suitable in combination with sulfur or sulfur donors, for curing vinyl chloroacetate type of acrylate rubber. It is designed for gas oil, heat resistant seals, hoses, molded parts based on ACM for use in vehicles and engineering. The recommended dosage level is 3-4 phr and for sulfur cure 3-8 phr. Rhenogran® NAST-50/ACM has a shelf life of 2 years.
