Rhenogran® TP-50

Rhenogran® TP-50 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a non-staining special accelerator for the rapid vulcanization of diene rubbers. It exhibits excellent processing safety and high storage stability of the accelerated raw compounds. It causes a high degree of cross-linking and can be characterized by good resistance to heat aging. It is also used as a secondary accelerator in the sulfur vulcanization of EPDM and NR in combination with sulfenamides, thiazoles and thiurams. It is suitable for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR, molded and extruded technical rubber articles, e.g. profiles, dock fenders and sheets. Rhenogran® TP-50 has a shelf life of 2 years.
