Rhenogran® ZnO aktiv-80

Rhenogran® ZnO aktiv-80 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an accelerator for the vulcanization of natural- and synthetic rubber. It is a pre-dispersed, polymer-bound active zinc oxide. It is designed to prevent the absorption of moisture from the atmosphere. The even distribution of zinc oxide gives a smoother injection molding as with non-granulated zinc oxide. Rhenogran® ZnO aktiv-80 contains EPDM as a polymeric binder. It is applicable as a universal vulcanization activator, especially in the presence of fatty acids. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
