ROMBEST® OB 10

Optical brightner masterbatch with PE as the carrier resin. It absorbs light in the UV-A range and re-emit it as blue light. This feature improves the appearance of the plastics products by masking the inherent “yellowish” color and giving them a “clean” bluish shade. Used in PE products. Its recommended dosage rate is 1-3%. It is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs.
