TMTD (Granular) by Rongcheng Chemical General Factory is an odorless tetramethyl thiuram disulfide grade. It can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator and as a sulphur donor in most sulphur-cured elastomers. It produces an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance in sulfurless and EV cure systems. It offers good color retention in non-black vulcanization. TMTD (Granular) is suitable for EPDM and can be used as retarder in the vulcanisation of polychloroprene rubber with ETU. Its shelf life is 1 year.
