FCX 27301

FCX 27301 by RTP Company is masterbatch containing an exothermic foaming agent or chemical foaming agents (CFA), are sometimes referred to as chemical blowing agents (CBAs). It provides many benefits like weight reduction, rapid degassing, good surface quality and release gases exothermically. It is used to foam thermoplastic resins to impart a cellular structure to the material and is designed for applications that require fine, uniform, closed cell structures. It is non-discoloring and is provided in masterbatch form in order to facilitate handling and processing. FCX 27301 is used in PP, PE, POM, PA 11 and PA 12.
