VULCOFAC® 4100 by Safic-Alcan is a special blend of a blocked diamine and an accelerator. It offers vulcanization of elastomers reacting with amines such as fluorinated rubbers, ethylene acrylate copolymer, epichlorhydrins and bromobutyl. VULCOFAC® 4100 is presented as a masterbatch on a special halogen-free elastomeric binder. It provides improved handling, quick absorption and excellent dispersion in a rubber mix. Its normal level of use is 6 to 12 phr depending on final expected state of cure for finished parts. The shelf life of the product is 2 years
