Sanitized® BC 98-56

Sanitized® BC 98-56 has a reliable fungi and bacteriostatic effect against a large number of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, fungi and algae. The additive is compatible with numerous thermoplastic polymers such as PE, PP, TPE, TPU, EVA, SAN, rubbers (EPDM, NBR, NR, SBR), rigid PVC, PUR and for extrusion and injection molded articles as profiles, foils, films, fibers, foams and containers. Substrates protected with Sanitized® BC 98-56 are safe for man and environment. The product does not contain phthalates, arsenic, cadmium, TBT, mercury or lead. Sanitized® BC 98-56 is supplied in powder form. It is EPA-registered, BPR-compliant and accepted for OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class I-IV. Approved for polymers with food contact at levels not to exceed 500 ppm by weight of the finished polymer. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.3% to the total weight of the material to be protected.
