Sanitized® MB PE 23-70

The active substance of the masterbatch Sanitized® MB PE 23-70 has a reliable effect against a large number of microorganisms such as gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, algae, fungi and molds. Fields of application are thermoplastic polymers such as PE, PP, TPU and TPE that are generally used for extruded or injection molded articles. Substrates protected with Sanitized® MB PE 23-70 are safe for man and environment. The product does not contain phthalates, arsenic, cadmium, TBT, mercury or lead. Sanitized® MB PE 23-70 is supplied as a masterbatch. It is BPR-compliant and accepted for OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. The active substance is approved for polymers with food contact at levels not to exceed 500 ppm by weight of the finished polymer (US FDA). Recommended dosage level is 1.0-3.0% to the total weight of the material to be protected.
