MicroFLON® S-211

MicroFLON® S-211 by Shamrock is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. It represents finest in process-controlled micronized virgin PTFE powders. Acts as a processing aid and lubricant for thermoplastics and elastomers. It reduces friction and noise. Shows high thermal stability and improves stick-slip response. Offers good lubrication, easy dispersion and good wear resistance. Compatible with polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals and polycarbonate. Recommended dosage level of MicroFLON® S-211 ranges from 10-30% of total formula weight. Designed for high temperature applications and is ideal for polyphenylene sulfide, polyimide and polyether ether ketone.
