Donglin™ CGA-244

Donglin™ CGA-244 by Shandong Donglin New Materials is a CGA impact modifier. It is an interpenetrating network copolymer (IPN), Its main function is to enhance the impact strength of PVC finished products under low temperature and to promote the fusion property of PVC blend. It is insoluble in water and ethanol but soluble in acetone and chloroform. It replaces CPE+AIM (acrylic impact modifier) with less dosage. Offers excellent toughness and hardness, excellent corner welding strength for PVC profile, better weather-resistance as well as excellent nail-force for WPC and better surface glossiness for PVC finished products. Donglin™ CGA-244 is used to produce opaque PVC products, such as PVC profiles, PVC pipes, WPC foaming profiles etc. It is ISO9001:2008 certified. It should be stored in cool and dry surroundings with shelf life of two years.
