Nuosen Desiccant Masterbatch W1 by Shandong Nuosen Plastic is a new functional, calcium oxide, desiccant masterbatch. It acts as a processing aid for solving blister problems during recycled plastic processing. It contains polyethylene as a carrier resin. It improves production efficiency and reduces energy consumption. It is non-toxic and provides uniform particle size, good printing performance and good plasticizing properties. It is available in white color and shows compatibility with PE and PP resins. Nuosen Desiccant Masterbatch W1 is suitable for film blowing, blow- and injection molding. It is designed for pipe, sheets, blown and cast films. Recommended dosage level is 2-5%.
