PVC Lubricant L-74

PVC Lubricant L-74 by Shandong Ruifeng Chemical is a high molecular, multi-functional fatty acid esters (complex ester). Acts as an external lubricant for PVC processing. Exhibits insolubility in water but solubility in tributyl phosphate (TBP) and trichloromethane. Offers improvement of non-tackiness, good release properties, good efficiency as a mould releasing agent with paste processing and also improved flowability. Reduces balancing torque and improves surface gloss. PVC Lubricant L-74 is suitable for processing rigid/soft PVC granules, sheets, profiles, shrink film and calendered film.
