HAIFLON™ HF-R25

HAIFLON™ HF-R25 by Shanghai Fluorochem Industry is a slip-, abrasion- and tack resistant grade. It is an ultrafine processed, low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro-powder. It imparts good chemical-, weather-, heat- and flame resistance. It shows thermal stability and self-lubrication. HAIFLON™ HF-R25 possesses sand grain effect to the surface by enhancing scratch resistance, improving surface smooth feel and processing performance. It is used in plastics and engineering plastics. It has a recommended dosage level of 5-20% of total weight in engineering plastics.
