Longlock NOBS(MBS)

Longlock NOBS(MBS) is a N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazolesulfonamide by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology. It acts as an excellent delayed accelerator. It can be diluted in benzene, acetone, and chloroform. It is insoluble in water, acid, and alkali with lower concentrations. It is compatible with NR, IR, SBR, NBR and EPDM rubbers. It can be used alone or with other vulcanization accelerators such as thiurams, guanidines and dithiocarbamates to improve activity. Longlock NOBS(MBS) is suitable for tires, shoes and belts. The shelf life is 8 months.

Hansen Solubility Parameters

[21.2, 7.2, 7.5]
[δD - Dispersion force interactions, δP - Polar force interactions, δH - Hydrogen bond force interactions]

Please note, these HSP values are estimations. It is based upon the “like seeks like” principle. It splits an ingredients interactions into three parameters; δD (Dispersion force interactions), δP (Polar forces interactions) and δH (Hydrogen bond force interactions). Hansen Solubility Parameters can help you find a wide range of products that are predicted to be compatible with Longlock NOBS(MBS). A practical determination of these HSP values would provide higher certainty. Learn More.
