Longlock OZ1 is a pentaerythritol-bis-tetrahydrobenzaldehyde acetal by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology. It acts as an extremely effective antiozonant and is available in white powder form. It is odorless and can be diluted in acetone, cyclohexane, toluene and water. It offers no staining and discoloring. It is suitable for light colored articles and provides excellent protection against ozone. It is compatible with chloroprene and butyl rubbers. It can be used in peroxide-cured compounds. Longlock OZ1 is recommended for commercial, off-road and recycled tires.
