Longlock TiBTD

Longlock TiBTD by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology is a isobutyl thiuramdisulfide. It acts as an accelerator and vulcanizing agent. It offers good cure in absence of sulphur. It can be diluted in benzene, dichloromethane, acetone, carbon disulfide, toluene and chloroform. It is partly soluble in alcohol and diethyl ether and insoluble in gasoline and water. It generates low level of relatively, non-toxic nitrosamine and effective in latex as well as dry rubber. Longlock TiBTD is compatible with NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR and EPDM. The shelf life is 1 year.
