Longlock TMTD(TT) by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology is a tetramethyl thiuram disulfide. It can be used as a single or secondary accelerator. It offers anti-scorch and fast cure rates. It can obtain good color retention in non-black vulcanization. It produces an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance in sulphur-less and EV cure systems. It can be diluted in benzene, acetone, chloroform and carbon disulphide. It is partly soluble in alcohol, diethyl ether and carbon tetrachloride and insoluble in water, gasoline and alkali. Longlock TMTD(TT) is suitable for EPDM and polychloroprene rubber with ETU. The shelf life is 2 years.
