Longlock ZMBT (MZ)-5

Longlock ZMBT (MZ)-5 by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology is a zinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole. It acts as a secondary accelerator in combination with Longlock PZ and Longlock EZ. It is compatible with NR, IR, SBR, NBR and EPDM. It offers lower scorch and better processing safety. It is suitable for mold curing. It requires zinc oxide and stearic acid as activators in many kinds of rubber batch. It can be diluted in chloroform and acetone. It is partly soluble in carbon tetrachloride, benzene and ethanol. It is insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. It can be easily dispersed in rubbers. It yields non-staining and non-discoloring products. Longlock ZMBT (MZ)-5 is mainly used in manufacturing of latex products, foam rubber and latex coating gloves. The shelf life is 2 years.
