Longsafe 100E by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology is a modified ammonium polyphosphate. It is a phosphoric-nitric-mixed flame retardant. It can replace traditionally used antimony-bromine system. It increases hardness of vulcanized products and flame resistance of rubber. Longsafe 100E is compatible with EPDM rubbers. It complies with REACH, RoHS, PaHS and UL-94 V0 flame rating. Recommended dosage level is 45 % parts by weight of the rubber and oil mixtures.
