Longsafe 100F

Longsafe 100F by Shanghai LanMone New Material Technology is a phosphoric-nitric-mixed low-smock, halogen-free flame retardant. It can replace traditionally used antimony-bromine system. It increases flame resistance of rubbers. Longsafe 100F is suitable for EPDM rubbers for extrusion and molding black, colorful and white products. It gives low smoke density, high strength and high oxygen index. It complies with REACH, RoHS and PaHS. Recommended dosage level is 110-120% parts by weight of the rubber and oil mixtures.
