KF-54 by Shin-Etsu is a fluid type silicone mold release agent. It can be used with almost all molding materials. KF-54 is recommended for rubber industry, resin industry, die casting, surface processing and synthetic fibers.

It provides good wetting of fine & irregular surfaces due to low surface tension & easy spreading.
It exhibits excellent heat- & cold resistance.
KF-54 offers good performance and chemical stability.
