SILMAFLAME AA2319

SILMAFLAME AA2319 by Silma is a highly concentrated masterbatch of halogen-free, phosphorus-based flame retardant based on PA6 carrier. It is colorless, non-migrating and thermally stable. It is designed for PA6 or PA 66 reinforced glass fibers. It does not contain any forbidden substance listed in the RoHS and it is completely heavy metals free. Recommended for electrical components, automotive, mechanical industry, furniture and many other injection molding and extrusion profiles. It is suitable in the electrical field for various glow wire tests. It is designed to reach UL94 Class V0 at 3.2mm, 1.6mm, 0.8 mm, with a dosage between 24-30% depending on the thickness, requirements and final formulation. SILMAFLAME AA2319 has a shelf life of one year.
